White paintings are so difficult to photograph! They are also my favorite pieces to paint because of the freedom I feel putting down each of the 12 layers. In my opinion, this piece is very YIN/YANG. It’s simple and elegant, and at the same time the texture makes it rough and rugged. Overall, it makes me feel calm and serene and the size commands your attention.
